Seed Conditioning

Falk's Seed Farm is a full service seed cleaning facility with two separate cleaning lines and a combined capacity of over 600 bushels per hour.  Both lines consist of air screen, gravity, and spiral mill technology.  For specific small grain cleaning, we also employ disk mills.  We have the ability to accurately and gently clean soybeans and small grains to your specifications.

Our cleaning plant is organic approved through Minnesota Crop Improvement Agency!  We dedicate one line to organic and non-GMO processing and maintain rigorous controls and documentation to ensure the strictest organic quality. 

In addition to our cleaning capabilities, we have one of the most advanced bagging systems in the United States.  Falk's Seed Farm, Inc. was the first seed company to implement a Columbia Okura robotic palletizer in a seed application.  See Article  We have the ability to stack about 500 bags per hour.  What this means for our customers: "We can get the job done for you!"

Not only do we specialize in bagging, we are also have the ability to load bulk shipments or mini-bulk (totes).  From farm wagons to export containers, horse oats to organic soybeans, we can process it, package it, and load it anyway you need!
